You agree to comply with Whatnot.com’s Terms of Service or any applicable third-party platform policies.
You understand and accept that Vizzuals.com is not affiliated with Whatnot.com, and we are not liable for any issues including account suspension, banning, or termination as a result of tool usage or event participation.
Tools are provided “as-is” without warranty or guarantee of success.

4. Membership Terms

By signing up for any free or paid membership on Vizzuals.com:

You agree to pay any fees associated with premium plans.
You understand that all tools, downloads, and content are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
Vizzuals.com makes no promises or guarantees about the success or improvement of your Whatnot.com or any other business as a result of membership.
Membership may be canceled at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of Candy Alexander / Vizzuals.com, with no obligation for refund.
Refund requests may be submitted to info@vizzuals.com and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All content submitted to the site—including profile photos, raid train graphics, or other images emailed to or uploaded through Vizzuals.com—becomes the property of Candy Alexander / Vizzuals.com.
Membership benefits may be modified, added, or removed at any time without prior notice.

5. Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on Vizzuals.com—including but not limited to tools, graphics, logos, downloads, blog posts, videos, audio, photos, text, guides, courses, strategies, and concepts—belongs exclusively to Candy Alexander / Vizzuals.com.

If you violate any of these Terms, including unauthorized use of content or tools, Candy Alexander / Vizzuals.com reserves the right to pursue all appropriate legal remedies, including injunctions, damages, and court proceedings.
