❓ How many moderators do you use for each show?
Moderators can be a huge asset to Show. You are missing out if you are not using them for your shows. Not only are they helpful, but they are also buyers.
🟢 Grow a network of moderators that can help you during your shows
🟢 Offer to be a moderator for others if they are a moderator for you
🟢 Find moderators here in this group or on the vizzuals.com group. Ask past buyers to be a moderator for you.
🟢 Create a moderator coupon for them to use during the show. This is a way of paying them back for helping you. Make sure it is higher than other coupons that you give to regular buyers.
🟢 As each of them come into your show, click on their name to assign them to become a moderator
🟢 Assign each moderator a specific role. Repeat items you are auctioning, Answer questions in the chat. Others that can just chat and keep the show active.
🟢 Create group messages like this one to chat with your moderators
That is a great idea for the moderator coupon. When I get more people in my shows and need moderators, I will definitely do that!
Also I am open to help moderate when I can if anyone needs help. I'm fairly new but catch on quickly and love to be involved and help where I can!
