❓ Did you know that there are MANY rules about Whatnot giveaways? 1. Giveaway titles need to be exact. Titles like “random giveaway,” “giveaway #6,” or “random pull item” are NOT allowed. 2. You are not allowed to give “extras“ to your buyers. “Open a door with purchase” or “choose an envelope with purchase” is strictly prohibited. 3. Telling buyers that you will throw in extras into their box is strictly prohibited 4. Offering a Buy-1 get-1 Free is against Whatnot TOS 5. Choosing a different giveaway for a non-buyer can get you banned Ignoring the rules doesn’t make it go away. If your show is based on any of these types of giveaways, you can get suspended or banned from Whatnot. Giveaway rules are one of the most heavily monitored parts of Whatnot.
