❓ Do you have a Saying or Motto? "IT'S SO SMOL!" ❓ Approximately when did you start selling on Whatnot?

❓ What do you primarily sell on Whatnot?
A little bit of everything - my favorite categories in which to sell are antiques, books, ephemera, and handmade! ❓ What types of services do you offer to other sellers.
I offer paid one-on-one services including new and seasoned seller supports, canva tutorials, seller spotlights, undercover reviews, and custom thumbnails/promotional tools. If you're tired of AI ruining your ideas, hire an actual human to do it for you (it's only $15!)
❓ What is your "Why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do this because I want other disabled people like me to know that you don't have to suffer a "traditional" job in order to feel successful. If I can do it, so can you. ❓ What has been your proudest accomplishment as a seller?
I'm proud of the creativity I've shown in my Whatnot journey. People seem to remember me for all the chaotic, fun, and silly costumes or parody songs I've done on live. Life is too short to be embarrassed. Just have fun!
❓ What has been your biggest mistake or learning moment?
I've put my trust in some people a little too quickly - not everyone has your best interests in mind. Make sure the people you put your trust in have the same goals as you. If not, don't let them into your inner circle.
❓ How do you try to support or encourage other sellers?
I offer seller spotlights on my website and Instagram - some people are just too awesome not to share!
❓ What’s one tip you would give to someone just starting out on Whatnot?
Drop your expectations at the door. Nothing will happen as you expect it to - everyone is different, and everyone has been given different tools with which to succeed. Find a way to use the tools you have without expecting the same thing that happens to one seller to happen to you. There's no timeline for success. It may take you a month, it may take you a year, it may take you a decade. As long as YOU are happy with where you are, no one else's opinion matters.
❓ What is one feature you wish Whatnot would add, remove or update and why?
I miss gifting. I loved being able to send a friend a random gift when they were having a bad day, or being able to gift my friends' art to a stranger to give them more exposure.
❓ Talk about a favorite or funny memory from one of your shows or a show you watched as a buyer/seller.
I will never forget that time OMGYG dressed up as Guy Fieri (much to her husband's dismay) and actually ordered and ate a burger in public dressed like that, all for a Whatnot train. EPIC
❓ What is your current short or long-term goal that you currently have?
My short term goal is to just keep keepin' on. Life has been throwing me some curveballs, so I'm working on maintaining a balance between myself, my family, my friends, and my business.
❓ Where do you see Whatnot and/or yourself in 5 years?
I see Whatnot massively expanding - they will be the number one reselling platform. EBay will always be there, but Whatnot has a community that sets it apart from other sites.
❓ If you could go back to Day-1 on Whatnot, what would you do different?
Nothing - everything I've done up to this point has taught me something vital that led me to feel the success I feel today.

I am happy to be your safe space when you need it - whether you're struggling with your identity, your disability, or anything else, I promise to keep your story YOURS and lend a listening ear.
