Question of the Day December 13

๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ QUESTION OF THE DAY ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

โ“ Did you know that you can add extra insurance and signature confirmation to your sold items? ๐Ÿ“ฆ๐Ÿ”

Every shipment includes up to $100 of insurance. That fully covers items sold for $100 or less. If an item sells for more, itโ€™s the sellerโ€™s responsibility to add additional insurance to protect against loss or damage.

Example: If a purse sells for $150 and something happens in transit, only $100 is automatically covered. You can add $50 more insurance to fully protect the sale.

Important: Insurance can only be added up to the sold price, not the itemโ€™s retail value. If something is worth $1,000 but sold for $200, the max insurance is $200.

๐Ÿ‘‘ Pro Tip: For higher-dollar items, add signature confirmation so the package isnโ€™t left unattended. Itโ€™s an extra layer of protection that can save you major headaches. ๐Ÿ’›
